Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Killarney Konnects and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Privacy & delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email support@killarneykonnects.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days.

What’s deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, area, street and profile photo
• Your notification settings and registered devices
• Your sign-in (email and password, or Google)
• Your RSVPs to events that haven’t happened yet

What’s kept, without your name

• Issue reports, help requests and messages you sent, so the office can finish dealing with them
• Event attendance totals

Backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted. See the privacy policy for details.
